My partner had a Aloe Vera massage and i had a combo consisting of facial, body scrub and oil massage. I was instructed to go into a room that had a massage squab on the floor. I stripped off and was laying there for 5 minutes when someone told me to then go upstairs to have the facial!? Why they told me to go into the downstairs room i have no idea? Ive had many facials before and this one was not great. One of the steps was simply a shop bought fabric face mask that I could done myself at home. While that was on for 10 minutes he seemed to playing games on his mobile phone when he could have been massaging my head. During the body scrub treatment his phone rings and he stops what he is doing for about 4 minutes while he is talking to his mum! Im mean, tell her to ring back for goodness sake. The oil massage was fairly average, in fact it was painful in parts and I was wishing it would end. The usual words about tip occurred during the massage. After i was shown the shower room for which there was just a drizzle of water coming out of the shower rose - very hard to have a decent shower with that. When i looked up the white ceiling was smothered in black sooty mould! Just don't breathe in! My partners Aloe massage was basically smothering of cold Aloe gel with not much massage technique going on at all. Our overall rating of this place is 2 out of 5.
