Terrible unprofessional hospital with unreasonable prices. Most staff don't speak English even a medium level. Most nurses are unexperienced, only a couple of them probably know what they do. Called a nurse 4 times to ask for a painkiller after serious accident, I've been waiting ~25 mins to get it.
A special attention goes to a German nurse who treated me like I'm a dog since the moment she came into my room. She admitted behind doors to my friend that she dislikes people of my nation, blaming me that I'm lying abt my pain.
After all we've moved to Nathon Samui Hospital where the overall price for surgery/room/service/food was 6+ times lower, but the attitude, personal professionalism and my room are much higher quality.
I do not advice to try this hospital in any case rather than a treatment like a cough.

Bandon Hospital is overpriced. The room is simply okay. The bell for nurse just show a light in the nursingroom, but no noise. I (girlfriend of patient) couldn't find any nurse for over 20 minutes. U have to pay for food extra. The stuff can't speak English, only a few nurses from daytime. We decided to make operation at Nathon Hospital- much cheaper, beautiful private room, good stuff!

We went to the hospital due to high fever over several days. On the reception we were warmly welcomed in good English, temperature and blood pressure were measured and all the data was carefully written down for the doctor. Nearly immediately the doctor had time (he was speaking flawless English and was very competent) and blood was taken for analysis. The results were delivered in 40 minutes and after an hour we had a diagnosis, had our medicine and were out of the clinic. Could not imagine what could be done better.

Our experience here in difficult circumstances was first class. The hospital did a fantastic and very thorough job looking after a family member with glandular fever and complications with enlarged spleen and liver. Dr Kanjanakorn closely monitored her every day for 10 days along with very attentive nurses. The care we received here was far better than the care received with another family member in the UK at one of the private Spire Alexander hospitals. It was reassuring to get consistent close monitoring with the same team, appropriate medication including good pain relief. The room was very clean, the food good. The admin team were also all brilliant, especially Gabi who liaised daily with our insurance company. We are immensely grateful to them.

This hospital was recommended to us as medium priced, and we had a really positive experience with using this hospital. All staff were Thai, very professional and friendly, and spoke excellent English. The doctor who treated my daughter for her ear infection was especially great, so caring with my daughter, and seemed very knowledgeable.
We did not have to wait longer than 5 minutes.
