Nice clean rooms and great staff. The location was great as it is just a few minutes walk from the night bazaar and the Saturday walking street. The breakfast was good and the internet was fast. I also liked the shuttle to Central Plaza mall and the free minibar.

The hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. Always ready to help. Rooms are clean and nice and with a balcony. Both the rooms and the reception area are with small details that makes you feel more welcome and at home than some hotels.
The breakfast buffet is nice with both western and Asian food. And they change the food a bit every day, so you don't get the same all the time.
You can borrow umbrellas which is really nice if you (as I) visit the place in the rainy season. There are also free bikes. I didn't try them but it's a nice feature. A free shuttle bus drives from the hotel to Central Plaza and back 3 times à day.
When we checked out the staff offered us a free ride to the bus station where we took the bus to Chiang Mai. Over all a very nice hotel.

Very clean room and organized hotel. Free water, chips, oreos every day in the refrigerator. Free shuttle 3 times a day to and from the big shopping Central Plaza.
