We were knowingly provided a scooter with a slow leak in the tire, which was dangerous and immoral to say the least. We did not realize this until 20min into our trip when the tire went flat for no reason.
Upon further inspection the mechanics showed is that the valve was damaged causing the leak.
Fortunately we were not on the highway where it could have caused an accident, injury or loss of life.
When we called the rental office we were told we had to deal with it ourselves. The owner then promptly hung up and turned off her phone.
When we came to return the scooter she had "gone home" and a woman from an unrelated business was waiting to take the keys. She also claimed that she did not speak English and could not do anything for us.
This business is deceitful and irresponsible, and consequently put us in grave danger. I would advise you not to purchase any product from them.
