The service at the hotel was splendid. You cannot ask for more. The attitude of the staff was worth the stop and stay in Bangkok. The only comparable hotel I can think of is the Skylofts at MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
I want to specifically praise Oatt who was always more than willing to help us with all our inquiries, concern and needs.

I spent two working days here to attend a tech summit. I find facilities and services very standard. Conference room was well organized with comfortable chairs and other facilities. Food was great with excellent selection of snacks and lunch items. Especially coffee they serve was outstanding.

A very good international hotel conveniently located next to major shopping malls, with decent facilities, clean rooms and excellent service from the staff. The staff in particular were very good, both at the front desk and throughout the hotel. Cleaning staff for the rooms were cheerful and friendly, and this was the same with the restaurant on the 2nd floor. My room was very clean and well appointed with power outlets in abundance (a must for a business traveler) In addition, I can highly recommend the conference facilities here and the staff who work at them. As both a conference organiser and presenter who used these facilities and worked closely with the staff there over the course of a week, I can only say I was extremely satisfied. The conference facilities were good, but what made them more so was the friendly, speedy and professional service of every hotel team member staffing them. Any request I had for support with regards to room setup or equipment was acted upon quickly, and always with a smile.

Its a very pleasant hotel, very nice rooms, the best Thai food you can get in a hotel. But we'd like more privacy in the bathrooms. There are no locks on the door, and If the doors are closed you can still see trough the door. It may be safety reasons.
