Nice service when you have booking on web site, they must reply details and send back confirmation for you. pickup tuk is on time there waiting.
Good treatment for 2.5hr hope can try hot stone.
If you have any additional you should early request their booking is very full

Only went here for tea and a brief chat with a friend, but the atmosphere was amazing. Felt peaceful and tranquil. I would go here again.

I went there few days ago, the therapist was nice, somehow their pick-up service and customer service is one of the worst, to be honest I never thought this would happen since the owner is Japanese.
I reserved pick-up service for 6 pm and I arrived at the pick-up spot before 6, the car never came, so I called them, and the receptionist told me the car had already left but she would ask the driver to go back and pick me up, but the truth is, the car never came before! And I waited for 40 mins! I think they were not honest and tried to make excuses, making mistakes is OK, but being dishonest is another thing.
I don't recommend this spa since I felt my mind was not healed(even getting more uncomfortable) after going to this spa.
