The room was fairly clean. The ac worked well. The breakfast starts a 5am but really is a sham. Overall way to expensive for what they offer. The really good thing is that it is walking distance to the Ubungo bus terminal.

Good place to stay if passing through Dar or need to catch an early morning upcountry bus. Comfortable rooms with a/c and a small balcony. Hot water intermittent, but easily overlooked with the Dar heat. Good breakfast in the morning.
