Got a Royal Shave (chf130) as a gift, so gave the salon ("The a try.
It was a basic beard shave, but the barber has managed to cut the sideburns with about an inch difference in length. Unfortunately, I've only realized this upon coming back home from an event (which has also explained some weird looks I've received theoughout the evening :-))). Among the barbershops I've visited around the world, such a mistake would be unthinkable. After all, this is the whole point of someone doing your shave - that they see it from the outside and from multiple angles.
Wrote an email, to which they shortly responded with a suggestion to come again same week to the same barber. Would you go?

totally overpriced for a mediocre service, the guy tried to sell me his entire barber assortment when i just wanted to have my beard cut.

The best place in Zurich for men's grooming. Professionals advise you on how to take care of your growing beard or the haircut that would surprise you how good looking you finally are. All in a nice, british gentlemen atmosphere, while sipping an old whisky - just to make you confortable and enjoy this experience. It's the place where your grooming is the outmost important thing, handled professionaly.
