Worst of the worst. We made a reservation and paid in advance for 3 nights. Big mistake. The place looks like a garbage dump, electric cables all over the place, toilets and facilities were so disgusting that we decided to leave this awful place 20 minutes after arrival. Taking the risc to lose our payment for granted. They did not refund or even bother to reply to our complaints. Try to avoid this place is you can! 100% no go!

Situated at the border of lovely lake Zurich, but ... Extremely small pitch (size of caravan plus 30 cm), water and electricity far, far away ... Parking at your expense at a public parking space. Incompetent and practically absent management, permitting even noisy parties at night. No recommendation!

Great location with a beautiful setting, camped on the edge of the water at Lake Zurich. Small shop on the site, friendly staff. Little bit pricey but I guess it is Zurich. Showers could be better but overall great place to stay (third time now) see you soon!

Nice location next to the lake, possibility to swim! You're free to put your tent where you like, so busy on the lake grass field. Good showers. Possible to walk to Zürich via the lake (you pass by 'rote fabrik'). Would stay here again.

Pros - The site is well located with good access to the centre of Zurich, the staff are friendly and helpful and the views over lake Zurich are amazing. The toilets are clean and the showers are free end plentiful.

Cons - There are no specific pitches for tents, so you have to just sort of squeeze in wherever. We got lucky and got a water front pitch, but there is no power option and parking is off site across the road at an extra charge, making the site around 45 swiss franc a day for two people.

The nearest supermarket is a 20 minute walk, uphill there and downhill on the way back. The shop on site is a bit of a waste of time, but the sushi is amazing.
