Compact rooms, but very clean. The bathroom was brilliant, especially the shower! So often in hotels you end up with a bath a child would struggle to fit in and an inadequate shower. Not here though you get a fantastic full size shower cubicle.

Everything you need in compact style. Nice clean rooms, feels new. Counter service is good too.

The hotel is a notably good value, but what makes it one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel in Europe is the staff. They are knowledgeable about Geneva, often more so than the Office of Tourism, courteous, friendly, and kind. They truly encourage guests to make use of the facilities of the hotel. The lobby is a place to meet, greet, and eat--a first in my experience. --Scott ROBERTS

Pros: very friendly staff and very helpful. Clean comfortable room. Good sized bathroom. Lots of outlets. Across from train station and close to restaurants. Cons: could use a few more hangers, desk is small and cramped.
