A good enough place to crash that's affordable and near Basel. Missing most of the amenities you would expect in an accommodation, including towel replacement and daily cleaning. Helpful staff. No air conditioning in the summer months. Odd "safety vent" circulation system that has air flowing out of the wall constantly; this can be distracting. Good location with restaurants nearby.

Horrible stained carpet, greasy Dusty fan, Spider webs at the Windows, dirty Windows, no exaustion for cooking. These are the reasons why i wont stay at this place anymore. Dispite this, is a very good location for visitting Basel. The hotel knew my request for cleaning but did nothing.

Very Good hotel. Staff was really helpful, so many food options nearby, not very far from Basel Railway station and Airport. Direct tram (11) from station to hotel and free drop off and pick up from airport is provided. And less than 2 mins walk from Swiss French border.

We spent three days in that hotel and we were really happy. Good services, such as free cab to the hotel, good price just 20 metres from Switzerland and good size for an hotel room.

There was no AC working while the temperature that week was above 34. Not only no AC, but there was hot air coming out of the ceiling fans. I was suffocating!!! I had to take a shower with very cold water and sleep all wet so I can feel cooled. Even with this the hot air was coming to the bed... I felt I was in hell!! There was an electrical fan to kind of help but so noisy, there was no way for me to sleep. I tried to open the windows, the noise of the steets and the cars was so bad!!! Furthermore, no cleaning service.
I will never come back and I will recommend all my colleagues in our company from all Europe not to even think about going there.
