Hotel has great atmosphere being an old theatre, lots of red velvet and candles. Wondered about the candles and all those curtains and props in an old wooden building..
However we really enjoyed our night there.

If I wasn't with a tour group already paid I would have booked into the Scandic where we had breaks "best Western" couldn't do breakfast for us!!!
Room hadn't been dusted properly. Had a shower and flooded the floor as water didn't go down the drain. Evening meal was poor.

Nice hotel with a reasonable price. 88 euro for a room (without windows) with breakfast. Clean room and nice personel

Went to this place for Saturday Brunch several times and every single time the brunch was never ready to open on time, they were scrambling to get the food out. The food was pretty decent and the atmosphere was cosy, but that was ruined by the following...
What makes this such a bad experience is that their staff was always rushing in between the guests to get the food as soon as it was put out and even before they finished putting everything thing out, this happed every single time and one male staff member in particular was to found hovering around the food like a vulture waiting to fill his plate instead of completing the task of serving the guests first! (he was there every single time we visited) I find that behaviour EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Until they improve their ways I will not give them them a higher rating.
