MALMÖS VÆRSTE DYREKLINIK! Personalet er uhøflige, arrogante og uimødekommende! De ansatte taler ned til én og er ligeglade med om de overholder aftalte tider eller ikke. Vælg en anden klinik!

Underbar personal,kunniga varsamma mot djuren .Vänliga bemöttanden mot djurägarna jag sett o tar sig tid att berätta vad som händer,om det finns olika alternativ eller prisklasser.Varsam vid undersökning av min katt.Där är mycket kärlek både till djur o förståelse för kärleken till ett djur.

I cannot explain how satisfied and happy I am with cityveterinaren, they are absolutely amazing ! The whole staff is so nice, patient, professional and helpful. I came to get my rabbit neutered, they gave me a lot of explanations about how the operation will go, what to do after, the lady on the phone took really a long time to reassure me. A few days after the operation, her stitches came off because she was biting too much on it, they took me in between appointments the same day, it went really fast, and again they explained to me so well what to do !
They have also been very helpful over the phone for some questions I had, I must say that I am SO impressed by this place ! They also make the effort to speak in english to me as my swedish is very bad, they wrote down all the instructions on what to do in english, amazing !
I will definitely make it my rabbits s clinic, I recommend anyone to go to them, they really are the best, thank you for everything, I feel safe to come to you and leave my rabbits in your care !
