The afternoon tea is excellent and the environment is cozy and bright. Great staff.

Problem is that room is warm and if you open window you get train, bus and massive traffic noise if you get room towards main street. Otherwise staff good and helpful.
After this week I change it to 3 stars because of another room and got better sleep
