Brilliant museum! The architecture alone makes this place worth while visiting. The exhibitions, permanent as well as special, are vividly designed, and make for a good overall experience. A definite must see in Elsinore!

Great historical museum next to the castle. Lot of replicas of ships and abundant information about their roles in trade and war.

Nice place to go if you like ships. Allow for 2:30-3:00 hours.

Interesting architecture, good and complete information, big exhibition and a great (but super expensive!) store. Lacks a café or something similar.

Innovative and interesting. I am not a fan of the trend to "multimedia" and "mini"-information but this is one of the better efforts. Unfortunately nothing replaces the shipyard and its peak 20000 workers.
