Last visit was extremely disappointed, 3 days advance booking for specific person wasn't work. Upon arrival, receptionist informed that master is busy. The question is, why there is no call, no time amendment and no customer request respect and etc. i do understand that you wanna take more customer and get more income, no issue with that, all understandable, but for God sake, why you dont respect your regular customers, who ready to come on weekly basis and spend money at your place, all you have to do is just arrangement !!!!!! The receptionist offered beautician specialist, the manicure was disaster, starting from point than skin hasn't been removed in a proper way and i was forced to pint each and every finger to show that and ending that she cant do polish because her polish nail file is broken, are you guys serious.... there is only 1 and only nail file in all entire salon where Mani cost over 25 $. The service was to bad, and receptionist asked if im satisfied, i believe my face was telling everything .... but still i answered no, im not. What was her reaction? She gave me bill with full amount + service charge. I never see such behaviour and for the first time in my life.
Unfortunately the owner was out of the salon that day, but i hope you will receive that comment for your attention and future action. I wish to show condition of my nails now, seriously, i do.
A part of it, i can HIGHLY recommend Ms.Sangeetha and Mr.Eranga, they are unique and super professional specialists for any service, they are professional massage and mani-pedi treatment therapists. The best in Galle, due to my relocation i went through all salons in the Galle and easily admitting that these 2 person are the best of the best.
