Used this company 2 times in Valencia, both times the operator answering did not speak any English, sounding like they were almost proud of that. I did manage to order in Spanish though, and both times the drivers were nice. The people who answer the calls should get another job though.

Falta de profesionalidad.
Tras llamar a su número de teléfono y solicitar un taxi. Estuvimos esperando 45 min y tras cansarnos de esperar, volví a llamar y me dicen que no había llamado.
Desde luego si tenéis prisa os aconsejo que llaméis a otra compañía, sino tomaros lo con calma ya que puede que no lleguen nunca.

LA ULTIMA VEZ QUE LOS LLAMO. Acabo de perder un avión por su culpa.
Hace AÑOS que uso este servicio y últimamente tardan una eternidad en cogerte el teléfono. Además por algún motivo son incapaces de localizarte si utilizas un número extranjero.
A los veinte minutos no había aparecido el taxi. He tenido que llamar para que me dijeran que el taxista no había encontrado mi casa. He pedido otro taxi con urgencia y lo he esperado en la calle en el sitio que hemos acordado. 25 minutos después no había llegado.

Worst taxi Service in all of Europe. Called to order a taxi, just said the word "Hello" and got hung up. For a company which boasts international service and even an English web page the service apparently only accepts Spanish. Forget international this company shouldn't be existing.
