Checking in was routine, room was a good size, but Park view means sticking your head out over the balcony. No kettle was disappointing and no plug for the bath! Air con was good but noise levels outside all night means little sleep. Room were cleaned to a high standard everyday. Location good for access to shops and Metro, which would be the reason why l would use again. Valencia is well worth the visit

Old looking hotel which is definitely not 4stars .. rooms are fine but my (and many more) room was pointing to El corte ingles which is just on the other side of the road and unfortunately they work there all night so I heard lots of noise (including throwing wood in a truck) all night = no sleep. The breakfast is poor. On the other hand people working there are nice. One visit was enough, I felt quite depressed staying here.. sorry :))

So far so good, the receptionist spoke good English and was helpful. The rooms are large and clean and the bed is very soft. Breakfast is cheap but not tried it yet. Oh, good parking too for moto or cars

4 stars hotel and no fridge in the rooms. At least the position it's suite good if you like to walk. Metro it's really near, but almost useless in valencia

Service was very good. The room was very nice. The bathroom could use some maintenance, as it was difficult to keep water from the shower off the floor. The elevator doors closed much too quickly almost sending my 10 year old daughter up to the room alone.
