Most amazing hotel in our entire trip trough Spain! The check in was a breeze and the view from the room unbelievable. Very wonderful customer service. Room service was very prompt and tasty.

Enjoyed our stay and even though the hotel is not central there are excellent bus links and the metro is not far away. Nice area with bars and restaurants close by. We travel to Valencia a few times a year and would definitely consider this hotel again. The only downside during our stay was that the pool was not open, I had been hoping to have a few days relaxing round the pool but it was empty and cordoned off. I was not advised of this at the time of booking and had I known may have looked elsewhere.

Our Family stayed here for a night to break up our bus travel to the Northern Cities of Spain. We were a group of 12 taking up 5 rooms.
This Hotel is pure elegance. The Staff very helpful and the rooms very comfortable. It was a shame we only stayed the one night.
The details in the rooms and how the place was impeccably clean was a plus for me in particular.
The design and art work are beautiful.
We will be back for more days to visit Valencia and will only stay here now.

We stayed here for four days whilst visiting Valencia. Very friendly staff. The room offered comfortable beds, super bathroom although the hairdyer lead was a little too short for my needs. We didn't have a kettle in the room but this was easily remedied once we asked.
Great breakfast with a good choice. We enjoyed the pool and decking area. Good bar with helpful staff and good choice of wine and beer.

This hotel is pure luxury! I stayed here for 3 nights recently for a business trip and thanks to the quality of the service and facilities, my stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff are more than helpful and lovely to deal with, the hotel itself is superb and the quality of the food is class. Looking forward to staying here again next time!
