Ideally situated boutique hotel and bar. Very good staff who all spoke English. Rooms each have hydro showers (removes the sand beautifully).
Breakfast fine, although charcuterie and cheese lacking in any, even remote semblance of taste.
Evening meals are excellent in quality, although at the top end price-wise as are the cocktails. The 'Brexit' cocktail made me laugh, with vinegar, cabbage and pepper as it's sample ingredients.
Overall, highly recommended!

Staying at Gabbeach at present......chilled vibe to hotel decor staff atmosphere.....chilled music and do at evenings....not noisy....staff very friendly & helpfully....young staff & will do anything for you....bat open till 3 in morning and room service ice is available after that....the food is outstanding in the restaurant ...modern contemporary and we'll cooked and presented......overall we have found a gem....12 out of 10 for this one...hats off to owners management & staff..👍😎☉🍸..Mike & Fiona staying at the Gabbeach hotel.... Valencia !

Receptionist was mostly monolingual but spoke sleep conversational English. Everything else? Wonderful. Room was great. Definitely a hotel for lovers, great location-- if a bit compact.
