Not a first class campsite at all. Open barrier at all times, not very secure ugh?. Very noisy at night. Dodgy electrics. No hot water for washing dishes. Expensive shop. Run down play ground

Stopped at the restaurant while doing the Camino Del Norte. The restaurant/supermarket is rundown and dirty. I met the surliest, rudest person in Spain and he works at this restaurant. When it started raining, I thought I would spend the night at the Albergue that is on the same property. However, my limited interaction with this employee was so awful that I booked a hotel room in Santillana Del Mar and walked back rather than stay there.

This place ws beautiful and fun but the food was disgusting with some bugs and the beds where uncomfortable and broken and bug infested 😷😷
