Super friendly staff team, cosy rooms, very clean, modern bathroom with everything you need. Great bar with surprisingly low prices. Loved this hotel and felt home!!

The location isn't great because you're far from the city center and most of the touristy stuff. However, that's exactly why I love it. The streets are quiet and we don't have a bunch of yahoos in the hallways. Plus we are walking distance from the El Greco Museum and that's worth alot. The room is very comfortable, the beds are nicely firm but not hard. The bathrooms defy the usual European mini-gamble design and are actually large enough to accommodate an enormous North American male mammal like myself, and still allow room for my wife too! This is a miracle anywhere in Europe that must not be ignored. Service is very good too. The hotel restaurant has a great breakfast buffet which my children ransacked for all the churros and chocolate then aggressively demanded more under threat of rampaging through the lobby foyer antiques. Luckily, the staff happily plied them with churros and hot chocolate until they stopped being hungry kid beasts and reverted back to human form. Of course, I sipped coffee, ate croissant and tortilla while pretending not to know these ugly Americans. Anyway, this is a great hotel for you and your family.
