Great food, quality and selection. Facilities are great for a family and staff are extremely helpful and polite.

Beautiful spacious rooms with a large balcony with amazing views. Food is excellent with large choices throughout the day. Entertainment at night was brilliant for all ages

Hotel itself is a bit old. Food is good, however all the extra charges (room Wi-Fi is a whopping 30 euro per week per device, 15 euro deposit for pool towels etc.) seriously damage the experience. The lift is a disaster... 1 lift for 5 storeys and probably 150 - 200 rooms just doesn't work. In addition the lift is that old and damaged that every ride is an adventure. The water in the pool is freezing... I've had cold tubs after sauna that had higher temperatures.
After all, considering the price-performance ratio, the decent price for half meal as well as the kids policy (no pay for kids below 6) keep it at 3 stars.

Nice location, but noisy due to the nearby highway.
The room we had needed refurbishment. Dinner is OK, but could be better. We had to pay extra for the safe.
