The room was a bit somber but clean, the shower really good, the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, the location top, not even 5 minutes from the Cathedral. It was also very quite at night. And the staff was very helpful with a transport booking.

Excellent hotel and location. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet, peaceful, restful, and elegant. The best hotel stay that I’ve had, and I have traveled extensively. Would recommend without reservation. A truly wonderful stay.

Location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance to everything.
Customer service provided by the staff was excellent. Front desk staff were very helpful, answering questions how to get around the city. I emailed the hotel two weeks prior to our arrival, the Front desk staff was very prompt in their response.

Excellent and friendly service. Very elegant and clean. Marvelous decoration and place at the city center. Everything within walking distance. Many facilities inside the hotel.

We loved this hotel - fantastic central location just by the cathedral, very dog-friendly, immaculately clean and with charming and attentive staff. Friends of ours thought a four day stop-over in Seville in late July with our three dogs was not a good idea but this hotel really helped things work with a location near the river and a park for early dog walking, a central location for sightseeing and a room with a large terrace for chilling out or sunbathing. Perfect.
The bathroom was large and the shower was GREAT, the bed was huge and really comfortable. Our dogs were made very welcome and we had the room with the terrace which was perfect for relaxing after sightseeing or hanging out late evening with table and chairs and sun loungers.
The only thing that suprised us was that the hotel had no bar, although with a minibar fridge and a little supermarket just over the street, we were fine for drinks on our terrace!
We want to return to Seville and would definitely like to come back to this hotel and the same room (we did not really want to leave it!!). We have already recommended this hotel to friends.
