We stayed in this hotel in June to visit some Family that live in the area. There were 13 of us in our party occupying several rooms of various sizes.
The accommodations needed updating. We called for staff to fix the thermostats in 3 of our rooms as it stayed hot for the first two days. When the need came to borrow an iron and ironing board, we had to call for it every time. It did not come standard to the room.
The sleeper couch was not ideal for a 3 night stay.
The staff are very courteous.
The buffet breakfast was good. It was nice that there were seafood options for pescatarians such as myself.
The restaurant had great specials available. They were just crowded most of the time, so expect a wait while dining.
If the place was updated to current times, maybe I would have given 4 stars.

This was the second time we stayed in this hotel. Good location, even though it is a good 25 minute walk to the old town. Helpful and friendly staff. Good facilities, important for us is the safe and secured parking.

Came here for dinner and drinks with a couple other friends who were visiting with me. Great food, we ordered appetizers for the table and none disappointed, very breast but still great. Waiters were nice, spoke great English and put up with our broken Spanish

Aged business style hotel away from Centro. Not the best location and property has seen better days. A true reflection of the area's lack of modern hotels. Older building designed in outdated 80s style, namely bathrooms lacking recent renovation. The building outsides are truly appaling architecturally. Property heavily used by package tourists with bus loads parked outside and swamping hotel facilities accordingly. No gym, no pool but decent breakfast spread. Consider nearby Astoria 7.

here for 2 nights as part of a tour group... room was ready on arrival...bags to room promptly... room has great parkland views... dinner was excellent as was the buffet breakfast... reception and bistro staff very friendly... most have good enough English
