Fantastic hotel clean staff very friendly great buffet
Roma at the reception spoke so many language's did help us to settle in room very spacious nice balcony and the maitre d hotel was a nice man

We got a great, late October deal with jet2.
The hotel itself is nice, clean and obviously had a refurbishment as it looks very up to date.
We went, not expecting entertainment but had paid for food , i.e half board.
We have found that at this time of year the hotel is a Mecca for Spanish " seniors " it's not a problem, in fact they were fine, well mannered & in bed my 23.30.
The main downside to this hotel is the Food. **it's THEE WORST FOOD I'VE HAD IN ALL THAT TIME going half board in any Hotel.
The food is always cold, both breakfast & evening meals I had to microwave, the Food was of a poor choice & standard, in fact we spent 11days in a 3 star hotel in Can picafort last year with a far superior selection, quality and service.
Maybe it's an end of season" cater for the pensioners" thing but the Food standard was terrible.in fact the hospital food in my place of work is better.
The lesson learned is yes Salou is Fine, the hotel and fellow patrons were fine BUT THE FOOD IS POOR. Together with VERY RUDE STAFF. One receptionist didn't even look up to answer me, a barman with only me as a customer but took minutes to serve me. A receptionist who again didn't even look up from his sheet told me to be out of the room by 12noon...for us to get a phone call at 11.43 telling us we have to leave now or face a charge. I then refused to sign a leaving disclaimer saying " I was satisfied with the service" I wasn't. So I refused .the receptionist then said it's so YOU CAN'T SUE US FOR FOOD POISONING! . Terrible staff, with NO pleasant customer service skills.. AVOID .

Lovely hotel, great staff, rooms a bit on the small side for 2 double beds but adequate. Food, mediocre at best. Always cold, plates not heated.

Great Hotel in walking distance from the front and the breakfast is pretty darn good :)

Nice and clean hotel, close to the beach. Great food and a choice of gluten-free and meet-free options. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money!
