Very comfortable, friendly staff, rooms were clean. Located close to the beach, overall a very pleasant hotel

Fantastic clean hotel on a hill so can be tough getting up it..
Waitress staff far from friendly..infact to the point of ignorance would knock you flying ..no entertainment but have a great indoor pool. The room Maids are excellent and do a great job spotless
Would recommend this hotel but defo have to have a look at there waitresses ..horrible unfriendly girls

Pros - Full board food was great and cost effective! Good location too. Had rainfall shower in room. Decent fitness centre, sauna and gym.
Cons - towels thin and old. No bath. Food times usually late by 15 mins. If you come later there is usually a queue of 10 mins or longer. Sand still found on balcony. Made it awkward coming in and out as sand sticks and gets carried inside the room. I could hear neighbours all too well! When they use their tap or shower room got a loud humming. I could hear other French family talking above us clearly. Neighboring hotel has loud music on til midnight. Can be heard in room. Air con was stuck on, seemed to be 10 degrees as no matter what temp you set it was always cold. Would wake up with a stuffy nose, sore throat. So tried turning it off and leaving balcony door open but then it's too hot and you could hear the neighboring hotel music banging and drunk revelers screaming all morning from neighbouring bars. Swimming pool very modest. View was terrible, facing into the parking lot and blocked off from sea by other hotels. TV only had one or two News channels in other languages. All hotels I've been in offer a dozen of stations in all European languages. Hotel Wi-Fi you can forget about, just crashes. Rely on your own.

Really good rooms, staff are nice if lacking in English. Food is amazing. Lives up to the 4star rating.
