Here now moved room after first night found sleeping over a generator in kitchen 1st floor. Moved to other end of first floor to be above the music that went on until 12pm. We are on so called holiday with 5 children who we have had to entertain all day because of lack of any kids entertainment at this so called family holiday hotel by jet2 ha ha. The staff here need training in customer service especially restraunt staff they are grumpy and unhelpful, I normally tip staff at end of holiday but I feel they should pay me for having to have put up with being here a week and thank the Lord it was not longer and we won't be back or recommend this hotel to anyone The Clark gang from Newcastle

Friendly, helpful staff and the hotel is in a good location. Room kept clean but is in the small side for a 4* hotel. Shower not great and our shower not sealed at the bottom so water ends up all over the floor each time used. Not temperature limiter on shower with potential for scalding water if handle is knocked. Food tastes good but choice is very limited compared to other similar hotels I have visited

Booked half board..what a mistake..my daughter rather than be billed for a glass of coke had it snatched and poured away by a bolchy waitress. Room was clean however no drink making facilities and the locked empty fridge cost €17 for the week €3 returned. No access to water or drinks for infants through the night. We upgraded to all inclusive for the last 5 days which stopped serving drinks at 11pm. However we could pay after if we could cope with tables been cleared around us. Small downsides to this nice hotel, however plus side, the male children's rep was amazing. 6/10

We was a family of four, three adults and one ten year old. We originally booked two separate rooms but on arrival we was upgraded to a family suit which was roomy and no extra charge. The room was kept clean and towels and bedding changed daily. There is a large selection of food to choose from for both breakfast and evening meals. Both are self service. At busy times they may be a short wait. There is a lovely out door pool and one indoor pool. There is a problem with towels on sun loungers.

Its has been a fantastic experience at Regina Gran hotel for myself and my family. This is our first first visit here but i must say i love it my kids love it and so does my husband. We have had a great time. Variety options of food and its also tasty. Staff are fantastic and friendly. Thanks for a great holiday. And also thanks to an amazing staff from teletetext holidays who recommended this place for our family holiday. Great job.
