Depends what you want. The hotel is always welcoming but lacks restaurant and amenities. It's a good place for a short stay that is well priced. About 15 minutes walk to the Cathedral area with its many shops bars and restaurants. Salamanca is a terrific place to visit.

Good rooms, friendly staff, restaurants near by. Close to Roman bridge and cathedrals just short walk up hill over side of river. Parking problem, on street parking is very limited so have to use hotel parking at 10

There was such a bad smell in the room which came from the tubes that was overwhelming. Apart from that, was an average room
