The worst renting car service ever. I rented a car, I gave it back and now they are holding 300€ back "by mistake" and instead of putting it back in to my account they ask me to sent an email to costumer service and in within a week they will "try to put it back". DON'T RENT WITH THEM.

Estafadores, por 35€ me tienen esperando más de 2 semanas y haciendo llamar a un número 902 del que nadie se hace responsable.

Shuttle vom und bis zum Flughafen mit Wartezeiten, lange Wartezeiten am Schalter, Druck und Panikmache, eine Zusatzversicherung abschließen zu müssen, sogar die Autowäsche muss bezahlt werden! Man fühlt sich wie ein Kunde 2. Klasse mit der Begründung, der geringeren Kaution. Nie wieder!

Prepaid for a car and when we landed the shuttle that was supposed to collect us as per instructions but it was not there. Rang the number which rang out .
We ended up having to rent a car in Europcar and pay .
Complete shower of wasters .would not go anywhere near them in future.

I booked my car at 20hrs after 2 hours of queueing to pick up my car. The gentleman, who was alone, training, was friendly.
There was damage to the car. Told the Europcar agent responsible in the parking area said 'what do you expect, it's low cost'. I'm sorry but customer care??? That was a bigger insult than the 2hours wait!! SHAME ON YOU EUROPCAR/INTERRENT!
