It's pretty far away from the city center and its rooms are smaller than we expected, but it's a good option to stay overnight. It also provides the user with several facilities as a gym.

I had very high hopes with the hotel coming in. The staff seemed nice at first, however I quickly learned this was not the case. the service was extremely slow and seemed as though they didn't care to lend a helping hand with anything. There were multiple times in which I get very I welcomed there and I saw other guests as wel who felt the same. Not to mention, the "100% wifi at all times"was down for all three days during my stay. It would have been easier to get over this if the hotel had been nicer in anyway,however this was not the case. The sheets on the bed were horrible and dirty, none of their ameities worked, and I was left with no clean towels. The icing on the cake is that the location is terrible with no attractions around it. Do not recommend for families, or for travelers who want a place to stay with wifi and good breakfast.

Hotel agustinos was single handedly the worst hotel experience I have ever occurred. I stayed here for 4 nights during the San Fermin festival and the "100% free wifi" was not in operation for my entire stay, both the steam room and sauna were out of order. Because of the lack of wifi, and their lack of effort to fix the wifi, I had to pay $150 USD for an international data plan in order to ensure that I DID NOT LOSE MY JOB. The hotel refused to accommodate me for their lack of wifi; and on top of all the troubles, they charged me 240 euros for what they claim was one extra guest to my room. After refusing to pay the extra charge and attempting to leave the hotel after I had payed for all 4 nights, the manager of the hotel began to physically push and shove me back in to the hotel (in America this is qualified as assault). I refused to lay a hand on their manager, and calmly proceeded to exit the hotel. I have never experienced such terrible customer service from hotel management nor have I ever been so disappointed by the absence of the "100% free amenities" this hotel offered. I highly recommend you avoid the hotel agustinos;they do not care about their customers, but rather going out of their way to ensure you have a terrible vacation.
