Great location, brilliant family hotel. Food quality and variety was not great and no facilities in the room to keep water cold or to make tea coffee. Lots of activities for the children and plenty of sun loungers and space to relax with out feeling on top of other guests. The majority of the staff are quite miserable and seem to want to do as little as possible but a few really do go the extra mile. The location, facilities, view and the price really do make this hotel ideal as a family getaway with children.

Good 3 star hotel! All inclusive is very nice, however don't expect 5star food! Price quality, this is a good hotel to stay!

Family hotel oriented in all inclusive vacation. Has a variety of activities during the day. There is a shuttle bus to the beach. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean but soundproof is an issue.

Really amazing hotel!!! Room and generally the hotel is very clean. The buffet with all meals so far was superb, lot to choose from. Pool is big enough, sunbeds just enough :) .
Animation Team works very hard.
It has a 3 star rating but deserves a 4!!!! Staff very helpful.

Lovely ,quiet place with lots to do,free bus to palma nova and marine land,hard working staff , great food, if hungry throughout the day? They have a snack bar and a pizzeria. Night snacks 10:00-11:00 are similar to the snack bar food.Night entertainment is amazing, very funny and great, loads of activities throughout the day!Jacuzzi pool is great and very relaxing with the bubbles! Pool is great . If you want to play table tennis, you have to pay 10 euros (yes you will get them back)! It is located next to the pizzeria.Shop, doctor ,hair and beauty salon and games room is located in the basement (-1 floor).I hope to come back!❤️👍
