I haven´t tried anything besides their pizza, but i can for sure say that their pizzas are absolutely amazing. But! There is two different Vitaliano Restaurants in this area, and i highly recommend going to the one further up instead of the one by the beach. View might not be as pretty as the one by the beach, but for compensation they do have a stone oven, in which they prepare and cook all of their pizzas, which is what makes the pizzas so amazingly delicious. And the staff there is some of the most cozy people on earth.
And by the way, if they ask you; Say yes to a little grappa after your meal.

Carbonara was bland. No flavour even after I dumped a load of parmesan cheese on it. Plus the pizza wasn't amazing. However the location is great, staff are friendly and nice drinks on the menu too.

Locals know to reserve tables with a view. Small, friendly restaurant with fresh pasta. Good size portions and reasonable prices. We enjoyed Ensalada mista and fresh fettuccine carbonara. Portions large enough to share. People start lining up to get in around 8:00. Mercifully serves dinner early for those of us who can't eat late and sleep!
