Al trabajar con Caja murcia Bmn no está bien valorada por las prácticas habituales de contratación de seguros

My wife had an excident with our new car in June 2017. The other party was also instured with Caser. As the other party, being Spanish btw, made a complete wrong story on How the accident happend and that we Could proof this by pictures we are yet in a status that they have promised us to send an expert to a garage and 2x nobody showde up. The first time we travelled especially to Spain and rentes another car and now the second time we had to rent again a car. This has costed us already several hundreds of Euro's plus the fact the our car is just standing there being not Used as he is indalen to drive with. This company exist 75 years? Customer service 0, communication 0 and responsiveness 0.... do yourself a favourite and take another insurance company!

Sinvergüenzas. No cumplen. Ojalá les investiguen. Es un agujero NEGRO Y B. Saldrían en la televisión por estafa todos los días. Animo a que les inspeccionen. Cajamurcia y ellos trabajan conjuntamente para ENGAÑAR. ES MUYYYYYYYYY FUERTE. ROOOBAN.

Aviso para inspectores de Hacienda y Fomento. Y aviso general para posibles tomadores del Seguro:
Habría que investigar muy a fondo los entresijos de este seguro, Caser...
Tengo serias dudas sobre sus servicios en caso de "siniestro de hogar". No son eficaces ni resolutivos. No dan información adecuada. No son transparentes en los trámites para la ejecución de las obras. Tardan muchísimo...
Imposible hablar por teléfono con alguien responsable de la compañía.
Nada recomendable. Se siente uno engañado y timado.
