Shittest cab company in the whole of marbella. Literally a joke. Left 2 of our mates stranded after constantly hanging up on them when asking where the taxi is. Rude and arrogant staff. Stay away.

I booked the taxi for the downloadable app in the taxisol website, I saw how the taxi arrived. Recommended.

Ordered a taxi, at the exact time I was outside waiting for it, waited for 30 minutes and when I called the company to ask where the taxi was, she hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

The absolute worst taxi service ever! Operators take ages to pick up (I waited 10min for the to pick up!) once they do, they are talking to other people around them and basically ignore you. Taxi took 30min to arrive and driver was rude and I had to tell him how to get to my destination because he didn't know. Once we got to my destination, he YELLED at me because I only had a 50€ bill! These people have no idea about customer service! They are a mafia and go around burning cars from the "competition". I'd rather walk in the rain than call these assholes ever again. My advice: download the Cabify app and be happy.

Obviously they cannot be bothered and don't understand customer service, or care.
I rang and asked to book a taxi, I've used them before so I know they can understand me but he decided to reply in Spanish. I told him I don't understand so he put the phone down.
