Reservé por booking con cancelación gratuita. Me cobraron por anticipado, dos meses antes. Cuando cancelé la reserva me daban largas para devolverme los 600 euros que me habían cobrado. Tuve que recurrir a la atención al cliente de booking para recuperar mi dinero (un mes después). Para colmo se hacían los ofendidos. Así que tened cuidado con esta gente.

We visited this charmant Hotel in the midle of Marbella, and we found it awsome and since the renovation, the service and personnal are realy nice.
The quality is much higher from what we espected specialy for the low price on that aeria on this time of the season.
So, for visiting a traditionnel, good located and nice place in Marbella, we recommande this place.
