Good facilities, but service is poor at best. We got multiple times very rude service from reception and hotels spirit could be described unpleasant.

The hotel is beautiful and functional. The junior suite room is great.
The swimming pool is awesome and the breakfast is fantastic.
With the hotel being on the beach it is well situated for a 10 minute beach front walk to Puerto Banus.

The hotel is alright but the service at the restaurants downstairs is beyond bad. Me and my girlfriend ordered one kilo meat @ €75/kg, and they charged €120. When I asked why they said we got more than a kilo (1,2 to be precise) but there had been some confusion in the kitchen, hence they mistakenly charged more. After the waiter consulted with his friends in the kitchen they came back with a new bill where the meat was €100 and I once again asked why, this time the reason was that we got 1,2 kilos and some. This really put me off as I don't understand how a reastaurant at a 5* hotel can treat their guests that way. The waiter went back once again and came back with the last bill where they charged €95 for the meat but had magically added a €8 desert on the bill, which I forunately noticed and made them remove. I find no words for that type of treatment and this hotel is a big NO-GO for me in the future.

Location was great.
The pool was fantastic. Maybe limited by the number of sunbeds as pool was busy.
The room was a little dated but had everything required. The shower screen would leak if shower head was slightly offset.
The room balcony was amazing. Best part of the room by far, with a view of the pool and sea. Well worth the additional cost. Where our room was positioned, we were getting the sun in the morning

Hotel: Great location, bang on the beach and 10 mins walking distance from Puerto Banus pier.
Rooms: Very spacious with all possible amenities and an amazing balcony. I spent a lot of sipping coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea.
Staff: Very helpful. Tip - If you want dollars changed to euros, then this is the best place to do it. They gave the highest exchange rate in all of Spain.
Food: The breakfast buffet is quite good and I loved the live counter. They make amazing omelettes. Did not try their room service though.
