My wife had a "jet lag" treatment while we visited Madrid.
The spa is well located (near popular shopping street C/Serrano), so walking distance from many hotels on the castellana.
Staff are friendly, punctual and inviting.
She came out after 90 mins feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Lovely spa, really nice staff and great products- I went for a wax but have v sensitive, pasty skin. Was a bit nervous after a bad experience but the therapists were lovely, arranged a skin test for me and the pink wax they didn't hurt! Will return!

This is a luxurious, relaxing place with some of the most amazing treatments in Madrid. The second you get in, you feel relaxed and that you're in good hands. They're real professionals. Their massages are great, the facials are ultra-relaxing and their hair salon is also fantastic (especially since they use Bumble & Bumble and Christophe Robin products!!!).
I highly recommend a visit.

I was robbed here. Literally.
I was alone in the reception area waiting for my girlfriend to finish her service when a little girl walked up to the secured door and knocked. The receptionist buzzed her in (although there was no one else with me - so she could not have thought it was a client's daughter).
The girl walked straight to me and began asking me for money. She had a piece of paper with letters randomly written on it which she shoved in my face, covering the phone I'd put down on the table in front of me. The receptionist allowed her to accost me for a few minutes before asking her to leave.
Fifteen minutes after she'd left I realized my smartphone was gone. All my memories, photos, videos - and $500.00 worth of equipment.
The phone replacement cost me $200.00 thanks to an insurance plan. The spa package I purchased cost me $200.00 as well - so this trip cost me $400.
I asked the group if they found it reasonable to recompense me for the lost mobile - and they offered a 30% discount.
As the owner herself stated, this is something one might expect to happen at a Starbucks or a public and busy place, not in a spa in which you're sitting alone.
However, they didn't see fit to take responsibility for a security breach which was caused by their own neglect and lack of common sense - and as such I highly recommend this place be avoided.
There are great spas all over Madrid - pick one that will offer better care for the security of their clients.

So realxing and not too expensive. It was clean and the treatments were good and I felt so realxed after all that that it was great feeling.
