It is in the city center. Just a few minutes away from many attractions. You don't even need to commute with bus or Subway if you like to walk because every thing here is in walking distance 0-30 minutes.
Rooms are good and clean
Personnel are friendly but all rooms do not have refrigerators.

I didn't like it.. everyone there is acting like a manager!! They're not nice very old ppl old ways of thinking you are not in hotel you are in school with teachers.

Best location ever, right off Gran Via, near Plaza Mayor and other squares. Restaurants and shopping all around it. Clean rooms and great service. Quiet street but very close to all the Madrid action.
