The hotel was in a great location for the centre of Madrid, the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and the room was very clean and well maintained. The prices of the drinks and items in the room were very reasonable and the extra details offered in terms of room laptop and toiletries were excellent.
In terms of improvements i would suggest that breakfast was too expensive given the number of cafes offering great food in the local area especially for a family of 4 with children. The TV didn't offer any channels in English and just one news channel would have been useful. We had a great room at the front of the hotel but it would have benefited from better sound insulation as it was noisy outside until late into the night.
Overall though we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return to the hotel in the future.

Overall excellent hotel, with a superb breakfast including superfoods.
Room for improvement in the following area's. Room doors closing makes quite some noise, technical solutions are available to solve this. Paper tissue box missing in the bathroom

Hotel is perfect. Very friendly staff. ideal place to stay in Madrid. The only minor remark is that sometimes there is some noise from the street, but I guess that's normal if you stay so close to the centre of the city. The hotel is top !

We loved staying here for many reasons, starting with the friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was the best part though! My two teenagers loved the selection of breads, meats, spreads and juices. We had fun playing barista with the coffee machine too. The young women working in the restaurant we're also exceptional. Finally, the location was perfect! We walked to the Plaza Mayor in 10 minutes. The neighborhood is vibrant with outdoor cafes, bars, shops all just steps away. I would absolutely stay here again!

- Nice modern mid size room.
- Good breakfast with a lot of food choice.
- In the middle of a vibrant neighborhood with lots of shops, cafe-terraces, restaurants, and etcetera.
- Two minutes walk from a metro station (Madrid has a very good metro system).

- Don't really have negative points beside the nightly noise on the street (dirt bin lorries and street cleaning happens at night and that can keep you awake).
