We spent a week at this hotel and we had an excellent experience. The staff at the front desk was very warm and friendly. The manager allowed us to check-in early and the staff frequently helped us with our restaurant & train reservations. The room was large, modern, and clean. There was a large television on the wall with quite a lot of channels. Breakfast was hot and fresh and they have a section devoted to eating healthy, which is easy to forget to do when you're staying in a hotel. The location could not have been better. Just about every major attraction is within walking distance and there are 3 different metro stops very close nearby. Cafes, shops, bars; it's all right here.

We really enjoyed staying at your hotel, if we ever come back to Madrid definitely would stay there again. Rooms large and spotlessly clean. Well done keep up the good work

The room was nice, but small and the outside noise was so loud and prevalent. The bathroom was not closed off for privacy (sound) and the shower knob was broke. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was pretty good and convenient, but same options every day, so after the second day, was looking for more variety.

A nice hotel with clean and well equipped rooms. Comfortable beds. A nice variety breakfast, continental/Spanish. Very friendly and efficient staff offering great hospitality. 50 meters away from Santo Domingo metro station.

Very clean and efficient hotel in central Madrid. Great for families wanting to stay in one room. Everywhere was walkable. Staff were very helpful and kindly let us extend check out time to 1pm on our day of departure.
