Helpful and friendly staff. Stairs a bit dark but lifts were very good. Perfect location.

great location. nice room. good breakfast.
not enough privacy in bathroom. transparent door without lock. air conditioning not strong enough.
would come back if in Madrid again.

The chain of Petit Palace Hotels must have a very good training process, all their staff are helpful, professional and always smiling. They are a pleasure to be greeted by. The location of the hotel is fantastic for tourism and transport if you partake in a Big Bus Tour.

Though it is not the most luxurious hotel, but it was very nice and located RIGHT in the old city. Right in the middle of everything. We would stay there again should we come back in the near future. I loved the walk in shower !!!! Wished every hotel had them instead of the tub. The shower area needed more lighting....but this was the best shower on our trip.

The staff at Petit Palace Mayor Plaza took such good care of us. We flew in from the States and arrived well before check-in time, but they were able to get us checked in early so that we could change clothes and stow bags. Plus, they upgraded our room at no additional charge. My kids loved the family style room with bunk beds. The room was spacious, location was phenomenal and everything about our stay was perfect. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!!
