Excellent location. Poor installations. Poor décor. Tired service. A lot of items in the room were damaged and shabby. Items of food, plates, ironing boards were left for 3 days in the corridor. The room was not sound proof - every other door which shut caused every wall in the room to shake.
It said 4* but I would rate it as an average 3* in need of help.

Surprisingly modern, pleasingly designed hotel, smack-bang in the middle of the town centre. Staff are friendly and courteous. Would recommend

Hotel was great, room was compact but had everything we needed. Lovely big bathroom. It was immaculately clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Great central location, so outside was very noisy so couldn't sleep with the window to the balcony open so a little warm but with the windows shut you couldn't hear a thing. Would definitely visit again.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL. Off the beaten path in the center of Madrid but once found it is a true gem. Secure access for entry and the rooms are so beautifully appointed. I even took some pics of the lobby furniture because i liked it so much. I had a junior suite with balcony terrace and absolutely loved it. I strongly urge anyone looking for a great place to stay look at this property.
