long queue at airport. Rude and unhelpful staff. hidden charge (charged us a ridiculous 115 euros for our full tank of petrol at the start) non negotiable. Positive was that we got a decent and modern car that didn't cause us problems. just dread to think what the customer service would have been like if we'd encountered problems.

Incompetent staff... did not know any basic information regarding renting a vehicle to a tourist. Do not waste your time and money with these jokers.

We had rented with this company before without a problem and now they refused to rent a car to us. Not only were we refused our online reservation, but they also refused to give us our money back for a car they were not letting us use! Ruined our holiday. Go with someone more reputable.

I had good experience renting a car from Goldcar. I had an accident but the insurance covered it. The ladies at the counter and guys at the garage dealed very professionally with the situation.

I wished I had read the review prior to rental. Bad experience. On the website, it appears cheap but there were many conditions which eventually you are paying much more. I ended up pay €85 for a compact car. This is also to avoid them holding more than €1000 in my credit card, which they have the flexibility to charge at anytime.
