Perfect! Clean room with everything you'd need... blankets, towels, blackout curtains, free water, closet storage, lots of space, beautiful WC & Air Con. You can also purchase a wonderful Breakfast buffet for 11€. This hotel was a glorious stay for two Camino Pilgrims.

Unfriendly réception, granted I came in as a pilgrim on the Camino Frances. Old installations, air conditioning does not work, loud location, breakfast not at all equivalent with room rate, understaffed and overworked. All in all I would refrain from booking this hotel. There are lots of other better ones in the direct neighborhood, don't get flashed by the Carlton name, it is not related to Carlton Ritz at all.

Positives: Clean and efficient. Rooms are sizeable. Decent value. Negatives: Seems a bit dated and lacks character.

Awful!
No air conditioning. The room is unbearably hot. Noisy neighbours and lift. Nobody answers reception telephone. How can a 4 star hotel charge 63 euro for a room and not have air conditioning? I will never stay here again.
