The car was almost clean and driving without any problems (1 star) and it was cheap (2nd star). What was really crampy was to have the car delivered to the hotel and it was even crampier to have it picked up.
And I really can‘t recommend the agency, because they weren‘t answering the phone. So besides the waiting for some hours we could reach no one for help.
Luckily we didn‘t have an accident, that must be horrible with this angency without service. Next time we prefer to pay more and get service and help when needed, not waiting for hours!!!

This is my first experience with Cicar and I will never go back, not friendly at the reception, you are just a number basically, another "tourist", they ask for a deposit for the petrol and I'm still waiting for my money back. I'm not just a tourist, live in the Las Palmas and you can make sure that I will never recommend you.

I've rented a group A car (Fiat 500L) for 8 days from the airport and the services offered were excellent. I've booked the car online and the hiring at the airport went very smooth. After you pay the rental fee with a card (both debit and credit card are accepted), you'll get the car keys and you can pick it from just across the airport. There is no extra fee involved (not even a deposit is required). You need to pay only the rental fee that's displayed during the online booking. This was one of my best experience with a car rental company and I totally recommend it.

I was renting cicar cars at Gran canaria, Teneriffe and La Palma, at least 15x during the last 10 years and had never ever any issues! fair prices, good and friendly service, and always like new cars! you can book the cars online. Perfect!
