The room was amazing. I went inside, saw sofas and a TV and then I saw the stairs leading up to a double bed! Very good location, situated opposite an Irish pub and can explore jerez directly from hotel

Spa and staff are very good but hotel needs updating and staff need customer service training.

Very nice and large room with great beds. Only missed a fridge and coffee/tea options at the room.
Nice breakfast, didn't experience the bar/restaurant.
