I give it 3 stars because of the great location and beautiful interiors. We were able to relax in there but felt like the masseuses were in a rush. Particularly my masseuse's hands smelled like garlic. She was kind but the massage was a bit soft. A bit pricey I'd say. Not looking forward to visit it again.

Enjoy a trip into the past at the Granada Hammam -authentic architecture, four pools of heavenly water, and a massage with a warm stone slab to lay out your sore muscles on. A trip here cured me of a terrible case of heat stoke that had dogged me for days. Worth every penny!
ALSO: Excellent customer service! When I was travelling in Spain, I left my bathing suit here after a much needed soak in the baths. The staff was kind enough to mail me the suit right away, with no charge. All in all, an amazing experience.

Although the baths are beautiful, this is not a traditional hammam experience. And it is not a welcoming place. The workers and reception are rushed and rude. You are herded around in a hurry as if you're in line at a fast food restaurant. The masseurs are terrible. You do not feel relaxed or clean when you leave. This is a quintessential tourist trap. Avoid it.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is not a true Hammam - I have been to plenty and turkey, and the only thing that makes this place even close is the beautiful interior.
The services are terrible.
Families run around in a co-ed 'hot tub' area.
Mostly women give the treatments - and when asked about pressure, I said strong and it felt like I was getting squeezed by someone asking for directions.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I am amazed at good reviews. It was awful. Last year I went to a hamman in Fez that was amazing and wanted the same. I booked massages and scrubs for two couples. The scrub was nothing-- Ia rub perhaps. I asked the girl to scrub harder and she didn't. Then the massage was a bit like putting cream on yourself. No pressure. No one who has had a real massage would think of this as one.
The place is attractive but they move you along very quickly and gave us one towel to use the whole time. In the shower at the end (most did not work) so we stood on line like gym class, unable to dry hair and body with one towel we left wet and dazed. Standing on the street we all were depressed to have been taken for such a tourist ride. $400-500. for a waste of time.
