Nuestra primera vez en Gijón y fuimos a comer un domingo menú de 15 euros. La experiencia muy buena, para repetir. Judías con almejas y cordero asado buenos. Trato excelente.

Great food, quality service, our waiter spoke good English although the menus had translation. Full of locals always a good sign. We were mesmerised by the bar staff pouring the local cider from about 4 feet into the glass.
The local cider seems the tipple of choice here!
Our meals were first class as was the local house wine. All very reasonably priced too.
This great place is just off the Mayors Plaza so very much in the heart of the old district.

The menu del día at 15 euros pp was delicious and abundant. The fabada and paella were both super flavourful. The seconds were good (both fish), although we enjoyed our first dishes better, and the dessert (arroz con leche) was tasty, too. The service was excellent. All in all a great experience!
