The stay in this hotel was overall enjoyable. The staff was customer-friendly and helpful, the interior of the hotel provides a romantic atmosphere with a passion for detail. The range of products at breakfast could be enlarged, the water pressure in the rooms are too low to take a proper shower and the rooms are uncomfortably small, nevertheless the cleaning lady did always a good job. During the nighttime it was hard to fall asleep concerning the high temperature and the poor air conditioning. However, for it's price performance quality it was a good choice.

Bad experience finger away from this hotel! The staff and / or management did not have a feeling for the customers very pushy and at all no sensitivity! Unfortunately Never agian AND FOR YOUR Information YES YOU had such a guest!! dont be like that. thats one of the things why you are so disturbing!

Bathrooms and showers are pretty wore down rest of the room is ok. I have to say staff was overall very nice and helpful but their management charged me for a blanket they claimed was lost which of course I didn't take. I offered them to check all my bags and car but they wouldn't do it. I paid over 250 euro a night over Easter and think it's very disgraceful to come up with something like that to make 30 extra euros.
